Fidner Dock Icon Missing.

Hey guys.

I've recently logged on to my mac to find that my 'Finder' icon is missing from the dock.

It is still running, still clickable, with the 'running' light below showing.
Well. See for yourselves.

Just go to the Applications folder and drag Finder.app to the Dock.

I dont have finder in my app folder.

I've restarted a few times. No joy. :/

Go to Terminal and enter: killall Dock

go to the 'normal location'

open the package by right clicking and show package contents

hunt around in 'resources' or 'mac os' until you find the .ico icon set

then replace the finder icon with the icon set

I had the same problem but there is still another finder icon in the dock that is clickable but invisible and I cant move it out of the dock
