iPhone 12 Pro Field test mode missing menus

On my iPhone 12, up to date with ios, my menu under LTE only shows
Ota Msg
Serving Cell Info
Rach Attempt

I don't see a signal strength measurement anywhere.

I'm with Verizon and currently roaming in Canada.

I also can't get it to update. Values are all from 2 days ago.

Any ideas ?
