Figuring out Storage Capacity

I have an iPhone 4s that will not boot due to not being able to charge. I can't remember what size storage it is and I would like to know. Any ideas on how to go about this?

FYI: I contacted Apple in hopes to figure this out but they were unable to help me without being able to get a serial number.

The serial number is printed on the SIM card tray.

That'll give you the capacity, among other things. Tried it with my iPad and it worked fine.
