The biggest thing still missing in the 2.0 OS (to me) is the inability to manipulate files on the iPhone. I don't blame them for protecting the OS and other program files, but I need an area where I can download files from websites and work with "office"-type files.
Even if they don't want to make the built-in storage accessible at all, they could (and certainly should) add a microSD slot so the user can add storage and use it as he/she wishes. Apple should have a version of the Finder in the iPhone so the user can manage files -- but not expose the OS files like they do on a Mac.
