File Associations -> doc and NeoOffice

I just upgraded to SnowLeopard and installed the main patch via Software Update.
How can I get doc files to associate with NeoOffice?
Most of my files have to be on a USB jump drive formatted to fat32. If I choose the Always Open checkbox, it always opens with NeoOffice for that particular file.
Can I set ALL doc, docx, xls, and whatnot to open with Neoiffice?

Yes. Get Info on a file, select NeoOffice from the drop down menu, then hit "Change All." You'll need to do this for all the filetypes you want to open with NO.
