File Recovery from LaCie

Hello,

I need some help here with my LaCie external hard drive. Bought it in Jan and it looks like the dock is loose. LaCie has agreed to replace but now all my important data is stored away in this device that I can not longer access. Any suggestions for recovery? These are very important documents, obviously, and I need reliable service. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I dealth with this 4 times with LaCie. They will fix the hard drive but not save the data. The company is a fraud.
