File sorter (automatically putting file into folders based on name)

I'm looking for an app that will scan a directory of files, and suggest folders to put them in.

For example, the app would scan and pull up the file BB-King-blues.mp3 and suggest to put that file into a folder called 'blues' or 'blue paintings' with the ability for me to select (keyword being blues).

Does anyone know of an app out there that could do this? Even if this thread is years old, please let me know as i've been searching on and off for something like this for ages.
I could do a manual search but I wanted something smart or at least a bit more automated.

It would take you time to set up correctly but Hazel would probably at least half meet your needs....

Do you have specific type of files or all kinds? Are they like your example - all music or media files?

@phrehdd mainly music, some media files yes.
