How can I make ALL my WAV and MP3 files open with the QuickTime player and NOT iTunes?

In Windows, this was pretty easy. But I can't seem to find where to do it on OS X.

I found something that I thought was the right place, but it turns out I was changing the application association for THAT particular file only, and not ALL files of that type.

Thanks.

it's very easy to do that.
what u need to do is click the file in desired file format then press command-I...the information window will pop up and under "open with" you can choose the app you want to open the file and press "change all"
