I was hoping that the new update for Quicktime would fix this, but...not such luck.

I'm still having problems with files downloaded from Youtube via Tubesock. Trying to open them in Quicktime brings them up as audio-only files.

Weird thing is, if I import them into ITunes, they open and play beautifully. But even the files imported into ITunes (and thus in the Movies folder) won't open in Quicktime.

Any ideas? Solutions? I need to be able to import/imbed some of these files into Keynote and hate having to downgrade Quicktime to 7.2 constently

Have you figured this out yet. I too am having the same problem. Videos play fine in itunes, but audio only in Quicktime. I even upgraded to pro thinking this would solve it, but no luck. Someone please offer some advice. Thanks.
