Files stuck in Trash...

I somehow got four files that seam to be part of the OS stuck in the trash. I cannot delete them because they are always in use. If someone knows where these files are supposed to go or how to delete them without damaging anything, please tell

The files are:
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree-journal
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree
store.filesyncstatetree
store.filesyncstatetree-journal

And, I have no option for "put back"
