Files stuck in Trash...

I somehow got four files that seam to be part of the OS stuck in the trash. I cannot delete them because they are always in use. If someone knows where these files are supposed to go or how to delete them without damaging anything, please tell 🙂

The files are:
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree-journal
store-iDisk-remote.filesyncstatetree
store.filesyncstatetree
store.filesyncstatetree-journal

And, I have no option for "put back"
