FileVault doesn't play too well with Time Machine. True, if you decrypt in tiger and then recrypt in Leopard, you can get differential backups. But, you can't get incremental backups: Time Machine only backs up the home directory during the logout process.

Does anyone have a script or another way to get differential, incremental backups of an encrypted home directory working on Leopard 10.5?

Otherwise, what would be a good way to automate the logout process? Because I never logout. Maybe instead of having my computer lock out after 30 minutes of inactivity, I could have it logout instead: but how do ya do that?
