Anyone know what to use to scan film in on a PowerMac G5 using a Primefilm scanner?
I am having to save old photos and some slides that might get easily lost. I picked the scanner, power adapter and USB cable for $4.50 but can't figure out any software for it. free or otherwise.

Try and find a copy of Vuescan online - that works with lots of different scanners.

thanks for the info. it helped. It showed I didn't have a driver and told me more about the scanner so I could download one.

I've been using Vuescan for years and love it.
