Below is from MobileMe Web Client Mail Preferences:
>>>>>>>>>>
Sign up for a full MobileMe subscription and you'll be able to use up to 5 email aliases at a time. Use aliases to keep your MobileMe Mail address private, filter incoming email, and protect yourself from unwanted emails. For example, you can create an alias to use exclusively with online purchases. Then if that alias receives unwanted email, simply delete or deactivate the alias.
>>>>>>>>>>
For those that have a Paid MobileMe Account, have you setup Email Aliases (not sub-accounts)? And if so, did you do the "filter incoming email" part? If so, what options to your have? Example: Can you only say that you want the Email from the various Aliases to be in separate folders? Also, do they get "Pushed" to the iPhone like the default "InBox" does? Or do you have to manually open those folders to see your Alias Email?
