Hello has anyone had this happen 4.1 mac pro LG blu ray burner GTX680? see photo anyone? thanks

Yes I've been burning with this brand of blu ray disc for 2 years no issues until this week. Oh by the way I can still burn a blu ray video disc from toast no issues but I don't want to do that its limited.
