Ok so I have on my new quad (yes I have a quad now) which I am running 10.5.8 Leopard on and final cut express 4. When I try to import some 1080p .mpg files it gives me a non video files error. I know its the program because when I put them on the pc it works fine.

If there is no solution for this could somebody direct me to a download of handbrake for ppc

If you know it's the program, why don't you post this in the forum dedicated to the program.

I thought you were a tech guru with a 'more advanced rig than most on this forum'?

Just Google 'Handbrake last version powerpc'.......

I asked this question yesterday, he directed me to handbrake today, but in between yesterday and today I got handbrake. I thanked him for trying to help and we all went on our merry way

whats so hard to understand about that?

Then why ask the question if it can be & was resolved by a simple Google search?
