Final Cut Express 4 on a new 2013 iMac?

Hi, All

I'm about two weeks out from my new Late 2013 iMac coming in. I believe Mavericks will be the base OS (hopefully; I'm shaky about Yosemite!). My question is: will Final Cut Express 4 work( and update to 4.0.1) smoothly, "normal" on this brand new iMac?
