Final Cut Express 4 Tutorial & Demo Video

I'm new to FCE. I've used pro applications in the past, such as pro tools and aperture but this is new to me in terms of video. I was wondering if there was a very easy beginners guide to FCE and if there's a demo video i could use to practice on?

FCE comes with a tutorial DVD. (at least my version of 3.5 did) Have you tried looking at that yet?
