Final Cut Pro 10.2.1 and Logic Pro 10.1.1

Yes, but best to run the latest version. Update to Logic Pro 10.2.

10.2 is itself fine. 3rd party plugs though...beware. Native Instruments and IK are among the casualties.

EDIT: don't have a 10.1.1 partition available to test right now, sorry

No problem, not using them anyway.

FCPX 10.2.2 works fine apart from a cosmetic bug in the timecode viewer. Just make sure your 3rd party plugins are updated for El Capitan. I use Color Finale, Neat Video v3, Lock & Load X and Film Convert. They all work flawlessly.

Logic Pro X, on the other hand, is extremely unstable.
