Final Cut Pro audio out of sync after exporting

So, audio sounds fine and is matched up exactly how I placed it when I play it in Final Cut Pro but is off-sync when I play it in QuickTime or YouTube after uploading. How do I fix this?


I placed the scenes to match up with the audio every 4 bars or so on the kick drum. Hope this makes sense, the section I'm referring to starts in this video at the 8:28 mark:
