It would have been nice if they'd fixed the scan AU on start! Drives me nuts!

FCP still a thing? back mid-2000s it was huge, now I hardly hear about it. Not sure which app video editors use these days

Just kill the app and stick to davinci resolve =)
DR and AP are fine, no doubt. I have to edit on all of them. Anytime I'm not on FCPX I miss FCPX and wish I was using it. It's all a matter of taste. I love FCPX. I wish the updates were bigger but it's just my preferred NLE.

No Liquid Glass. Even Apple themselves aren't prepared. And the FCP window on iPad is not freely resizable.

I don't think this is a case of unpreparedness; FCP, Motion and Compressor have shared an alternative interface style for years.

My theory is that Apple set it up as a loss leader to lure people away from Adobe Premiere. I don't know if that's been entirely successful, as every time I talk to someone who edits video a lot, they're on Adobe.

Abode has been quick to bring out new features aimed at supporting professionals users that are working with teams.

The question is when will Apple give FCPX some real tlc and release v12?
Personally, I'd love much better animation features. A Jitter-esque approach to this would be wonderful.

Final Cut, Motion & Logic are incredible, and I am thankful every day that Apple still puts love and effort into these wonderful programs.

I think Apple has lost it's way lately, in other areas, but these Pro Apps continue to be absolutely amazing.
