Final Cut Pro - Next version?

I'd like to get Final cut but didn't want to buy just before a new version comes out.

It's been quite a while and was wondering if anyone heard anything regarding a possible 'paid' upgrade coming.

All updates are free for FCPX, one just came out (10.1.1) a couple of months back.

I would suggest getting FCP X, only updates from now, I suspect huge changes are over for a while, the only major change was from 10.0.9 to 10.1.

I think the layout and workflow of 10.1, with the library format is going to be with us for a while, a long while....
