Anything but Apple.com is an unreliable internet source for Apple products. This is a good site to see if any info has been leaked, but even then, MacRUMORS are still rumors.
On a side note, I check AppleInsider too, because I too check pretty much daily for any FCS3 updates and they had one that this site didn't, just about application updates but no date.
Most people are expecting (or maybe I should say "hoping") FCS3 to come out after Snow Leopard, which is September I believe.
