I don't think it's technically using FaceTime. But, it is nice to see other apps using the front facing camera for conferencing.

Tango only works phone to phone. I believe Yahoo is the first app to allow video calls between iPhones and computers.
 
I've tried it on my iPod Touch 4g but it keeps crashing. I get a beep and then it hangs on the connecting... state 🙁
