My extended family now has 4 iPads in it and I have never had any supports issues like I get with their PC's.
Addicted, yes and to trying other Apple products. In less then 3 months they now have a new iPhone 4s and an iPod touch.

My mom is now in the middle of setting up my aunt and my cousin with iPads so they can FaceTime each other. And my uncle (my mom's brother) is also interested and has been asking lots of questions. They are all totally clueless about tech, so it's going to be interesting how much, if any, support calls we get. In the meantime my cousin's four-year old son has already figured out how to place FaceTime calls by himself. This is going to be really interesting.
