Finally got mine!( space grey). opinions.

I must say this was the smoothest iPhone launch for me. Sorry to those who still have to wait days or weeks. I ordered mine on pre order day. Got through on the Apple store app and was slated for a nov 11 delivery at first but was bumped up thankfully.

Just an FYI I highly recommend doing ups pick up if you have the means to go get the phone. I went to my local UPS CC and was in and out in about 20 mins. Now as far as the phone itself. Not much I can say that hasn’t been said. Super premium finish and feel. The screen is massive, I’ve only ever used the regular iPhones. Not one for the plus. So this is a super welcomed change for me. Love the huge screen.

I’ll post more pics if you guys want. I know the space grey isn’t as popular but I’m glad I picked this color.

Actually space gray is very popular. Best Buy employee told me yesterday it is backed up until December 15. Silver is only up to November 15.

The third and fourth pic shows fingerprints right away in an angle. When I saw the gold 8 Plus yesterday again, I can barely see it. I had to go with white for the rears to change it up but sg looks good for the seamless look and if you want to match the sg AW.

He's still got the plastic on, prints might not be so bad on the actual glass.

As far as the prints. It’s actually pretty bad lol. I put on a case but you can definitely see prints as soon as you touch the phone.

I traded from my 8+ to the X... big difference in build/quality and experience. I'm glad I did it and by no means what so ever do miss the Touch ID. The X's implementation words VERY well and makes much more sense than the Touch ID IMO.

Glad you're enjoying your new phone! I agree the space gray is underrated. I think this may be the best-looking, most premium-feeling iPhone Apple has ever released (I know it's subjective, but that's my opinion).

I’m still a little torn even though the phone is in an Apple silicone case 24/7 it’s the little things like the opening where it’s now shiny SS would be blacked out and the ring around the camera would be black...lol

My wife is like this is something you have put a wee bit of time into deciding and please make a decision because I don’t want to see any more comparison videos...lmaooo.

Lmao my girl said the same thing while I was deciding. I actually got a chance to see the silver in hand today my brother got it for himself. I’m glad I went with the spacegrey. It looks much better imo. I don’t really like the glossy silver edges on the white one.
