So i've been trying all night with the whole put you zip code, phone number, and then last 4 of social on apple.com to reserve the phone online. Finally i hit create a new account with iphone and it reserved it. It simply asked me for my apple id and password and then i got my confirmation email. In all honesty its not gonna matter to apple if i have to make a new account or add to existing and saved me from taking another 5 hours to get through the stupid att servers for verification.
