Wow. Thanks for the loads of replies. I'll try to reply myself to some of them:

I'll probably get the BT mouse&keyboard, now that I know they won't be eating batteries. I already have a charger & batteries for my digital camera, so I guess I'll be set with that.

jessep28 - That sounds like a good idea, thanks! I do seem to be moving unnessesarily whenever I need to plug something in.

I'm so happy with it. I've taken 100+ pics in photobooth with my cousin, I've download 10 or so widgets, and I have all my settings pretty good. I love iSync, too! It hooked up my RAZR right away.

One thing I'm having trouble with though: Downloading stuff. I download GIMP and I couldn't figure out how to open it. :p I don't understand what disk images are, why stuff appears on my desktop, and what I should click to get the actual program.

Well GIMP is not a normal application it runs in something called X11. So its not native for OS X. It needs X11 installed for it to run. I can't remember if its installed by default. If not its on the DVD that came with the computer.
And with disk images, you click on them, then they will mount as drives you just drag the application to your applications folder unmount the disk image and you should be good to go. The application should then run just fine. You may find the odd disk image which actually has an installer. But those are pretty obvious if it does.
