Are you jailbroken ? Some apps have jailbreak detection that can prevent them to open if they detect that the device is jailbroken.

Yes, jailbroken. I asked this question in the jailbreaks forum, also. I received some guidance, which I will try.

I am in the same situation, iPhone 6+ with iOS 9.0.2 JB and app crashes as soon as I open it. Unluckily I don't have Hideme8 installed so it could be a very long search to find what is causing this crash :-(

Just an update: I just found a tweak called PalFix, which is available in the Limneos repo. It addresses (fixes) this situation directly.
