    Hello

I did read e.g. http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1651534&highlight=sync+reminders+without+icloud of course, but I think the need for this is still very much in place (and quite frankly, replying to such an obvious need in that way seems from the last century itself). I wouldn't ask for an app to replace the latter though, but rather for any means, including an application, that enable this basic functionality (to sync reminders and apps the way calendar is—in direct exchange with other devices).

    Thanks

Any reason why you won't use iCloud? It's designed for this purpose.

Well, I'd like to say it's for security reasons, but since my mails are stored on some web server, albeit not in the us., that would seem a bit pointless. No, it's actually because I live part time on a boat, and while my iphone connects to the internet there, my mac doesn't.

Syncs mail and calendar, but neither reminders, nor notes. Quite absurd.
