My MBP has been beach balling me so I called Apple and they had me send them a System Profiler report. The person said they saw a lot of system (like framework) errors from installing apps, widgets, etc. by dragging and dropping instead of reinstalling. She recommended that I reinstall OSX and reinstall all of my apps manually. However I have upwards of 200 apps. I would rather sift through a system profiler report and figure out which apps I need to reinstall rather than reinstalling all of them.

Does anyone know what I should look for?
How can I identify what needs to be fixed?
Thanks!

Try Repair Permissions and Disk Repair in Disk Utility.

An Archive and Install might be all you need. Keeps all files, applications and settings, but reinstalls the system completely.
