For anyone that has the beta installed, I'm wondering if the Find My app can be signed into manually (for example, signing into the app temporarily, on a friend's device) like the iOS12 Find My iPhone app, or if it's locked to whatever AppleID you're using for iTunes (like the iOS12 Find My Friends app).

If someone could check, that would be amazing.

Installed the beta on an iPhone SE earlier today. I can't find any option in the Find My app to switch accounts which is a huge oversight by Apple. When I first opened the app (the phone was initially not signed into any iCloud), it took me to settings and made me sign into iCloud on the phone before I could see any devices.

Hopefully I'm missing something, but it seems like that feature is missing in this beta. Here are some screenshots.

Thanks for checking!!

You're right, that's quite an oversight.

Two possible workarounds - the web-based Find My iPhone (safari) still seems to work - it sends a notification email to the account that has been accessed, but it does work. Second, I wonder if the standalone Find My iPhone app can be downloaded from the App Store? I kind of doubt it, but might be worth a shot.

Nice call! Find iPhone does show up in the app store in iOS 13 so that's probably the way to do it.

Looks like I spoke way too soon. Crashes immediately on launch, bummer.
Thanks for checking. I guess I'll be holding off (for the first time in ten years!) on upgrading, as I have multiple iCloud accounts and need to be able to sign into others pretty regularly, for Find My iPhone. :(

Yeah, I always used to upgrade to betas immediately but now I value having a phone that works reliably 100% of the time more than early access to select features. It's nice to have a spare iPhone lying around for this situation though.

In my brief testing, 13 definitely feels faster than 12 on my iPhone SE. However, it seems nowhere stable enough for me to be using as a daily driver yet.
