Find my Friends app "Location not available"? How do I fix this?

I added a friend a while back to to the find my friends app and she did as well. It was working up until yesterday. My phone can't locate hers I get that error you see below in the ss. But her phone can locate me with no issues. Any ideas?

The friend may have disallowed Find my Friends to locate them in the Privacy settings.
