Hi

We use Find My Friends for our construction company. To track when our supervisors and trades or onsite. (Its a workplace health & safety thing).

Is there a way to create a history log of when and where each person was at all times using find my friends or is it live view only?

Is there a way to view this on a mac or pc yet like Find my iphone?

It's real time only. No way to view on the Mac or pc.
Maybe http://www.glympse.com can keep a history. I'm not sure, I don't use it.

Thanks. I had a look but it won't do what we want either.

Anybody have any other apps or ideas?

If you have AT&T, look at TeleNav Track.

Google Latitude would do it, it is a standalone app at this stage (until they hopefully integrate it in their upcoming Maps app) and can be a bit of a battery drain but it allows for Live tracking (like find my friends) and keeps a history log which you can access online or via their phone, might be worth a look

Family locator by Sygic (iPhone app) has history. Map and list of address's where they go.

It's a little clunky and does "as the crow flies" rather than staying on route. The list of address's aren't always an actual stop. But you can tell if they really stopped as they time stamp them.

clunky and needs improvement. But it works alright.
