Anyone else having problems with find my friends? I use this app all the time. I used to sign in with my iTunes account which is different than my iCloud account (thanks Apple). But on iOS 8, you can only use your iCloud. It gives me the option to migrate my friends from my iTunes account to my iCloud account, but it will only log me in at the @me address, which is apparently not verified. I go to applied.apple.com and click on verify and it pops up under my @icloud address that this address is already verified. But it won't let me migrate because the @me address is NOT verified. It also won't let me re-add friends because I get a server error.

Anyone use this app? Can anyone offer a suggestion how to fix it???

I think part of my problem is I had verified my iCloud (@me.com) email with my iTunes account. I have removed it now but I can't manage to verify the email address with the other iCloud account.
Very frustrating. Wish I could merge Apple accounts.

Yeah, same boat here. I'll probably call Apple and see if they can help me after the iPhone 6 madness calms down. Really irritating though, as I used this app DAILY, and now it's useless to me.
 
me too! It is probably one of the most used apps on my phone.
I managed to get my wife added to it by setting up family sharing and that added her automatically.
But other friends and family - no good.
 
Does anyone know how to fix the error when adding friends: "Find my Friends is unavailable due to a server error?" I finally decided to just re-add everyone on Find my Friends — I only have about five people on there — but it won't even let me do that. Seriously, this is very annoying.
 
I have two separate accounts (one that was formerly MobileMe for iCloud now) and the other for Store purchases. I've always used the former for everything non-store related, so I've had no problems.
 
@me.com vs other...

In my case, the friend I had an issue connecting with had '@me.com' email address. I deleted her from the friend list and requested to connect with her using another account (@mac.com) and it worked.
