Find My friends message at reboot?

I keep getting this message whenever I turn on my phone , (soft or forced reset.) Even when I have made sure all apps have been closed before restarting.

I don't use nor want to use Find Friends and this only started in the last day or so.

Anyone know how to get rid of it?

i had the same msg once. I clicked "later" and haven't seen the msg again. Not sure why you've had it multiple times

The app is just starting before the system has a chance to fully settle . Pretty common with apps that require multiple permissions like gps and network connectivity.
