What does it mean if when I open Find my iPhone and it says Location services disabled? It was working fine, and then it stopped working without disabling it. The phone's battery ran out and after rebooting the phone it came back up and started working again.

Is this a bug in the phone that location services got disabled, or could iCloud servers just be overloaded? I can't recreate the situation to debug it further. My iPhone 4 didn't fail, but my iPhone 3gs did which makes me thing maybe it's model related.

Will this happen all the time?

It shouldn't happen all the time, maybe location services or internet on your iphone 3G wasn't on at the time or so on, can't think of anything else. Happens to me sometimes then just works alone :S
