he must, my account will not do it until I sync my phone with 3.0 loaded on the phone.

It doesn't use the GPS to get an exact position? A blue dot instead of a 'estimation circle'?

I havent actually got it to pinpoint the location yet. And yes, i'm running 3.0 with find my iphone enabled..
