find my phone desnt work

hi all
Please any one here have a same problem or any idea whats wrong here
i have iphone 3gs old boot rom upgrade it to os 4 by pswanage tool , since then find my iphone on mobile me doesnt show the phone and my mails are not pushed to my phone , whats wrong all of them works for me on os 3.1.2
any idea???
BTW iam unlocked by ultrasnow on os 4 base band
