Too many issues with iOS, iCloud, other bugs. Apple needs new leadership.

People see this story and while they'd be impacted in no way at all, because they have no reason to use location services right now, they go and try it, hitting the server when it's already experiencing issues and further causing problems. Really smart.

I'd suggest that the amount of people reading this story and reacting to it in the way you describe is a statistically insignificant blip compared to the number of iCloud users.
