Finder/Cover Flow is out of sync by one file?

Hi all, I've had this problem for a while and it's really frustrating.

In Finder using the 'Cover Flow' option, my files are out of sync by one file. By 'out of sync', I mean the the bottom half of the screen is showing one file but the top half of the screen is 'previewing' the wrong file by one. It's only off by one file, but this is really annoying.

When I use the view options 'Icons', 'list' or 'columns' I don't have this problem.

What can I do?

I can confirm the same problem. It's been there since 10.9 GM, probably in beta too. Nothing you can do, it's a bug and Apple need to fix it.
