Finder don't open new window

I have a strange problem. My Finder don't open new window if i click in the dock... How i can resolve this issue ?

try relaunching Finder by right clicking the icon while holding the option key and click Relaunch.

I try to restart from terminal too, but nothing change 🙁

I have solve the problem, i have change the folder of the new open window in Finder Preference, and now finder from dock work fine.
