finder is reopening non-stop

hey guys.
I was downloading boarderlands 2 from pirate bay, onto my desktop when suddenly the finder crashed and a notice repetitively appeared every second.
this is still happening and i don't know how to fix it. i tried deleting the file from Utorent and restarting the computer. nothing has worked.
im running a macbook pro 2011 "13 i7 and 8gb ram 750gb of storage.
i appreciate all help.

Make a backup, re-install the OS, use time machine to copy over all your files/applications to the new install (except the one you downloaded), should fix it. Will take a bit of time, but it serves you right for downloading from ThePirateBay!
