disclaimer: I haven't read the posts of others.

Ver 14.5 (23F79)

The Finder has became really slow, or some way, so that the mouse pointer is moving lagged or not at all when loading spotlight.

Anyone having similar issues?

Actually I tried to paint the text with the macbook mouse, it stucks for some mil secs. or the "painting" of the text takes like 0,5 sec to start.

I'd say, there is something wrong with this firmware.

Or am I having some spyware??

try changing the mouse settings in system settings. and what mac is this? if it's intel, try resetting the NVRAM and/or the SMC (google instructions for your particular mac). and have you rebooted?

Sorry, been off.

It’s M1 Max. It might be I have some app that is incompatible or something.

It is just weird. It has never been this slow and laggy.

try creating a 'test' admin account, and see if the problem happens there...

What is running in the background? Bring up Activity Monitor and see if there's any applications that are taking a lot of CPU or RAM.

I ran Onyx with basic settings + rebuilt Spotlight db. Seems it fixed the problem!

Closing those didn't help.

For instance, Cmd + Space will open spotlight, and if I scrolled the list with mouse, the scrolling was laggish. After "onyxed" scrolls smoothly.
