Not sure if this has been posted but Finder is relaunching constantly (every ~20 seconds) ever since I upgraded.

It was happening to me, as well. If you have DROPBOX or GoogleDrive, shut them down and see if the problems goes away, as it did for me. There needs to be a fix from Dropbox and 'the Google', not Apple.

Found a solution

Solution on the Apple Support Discussion Community, posted by user jimmyrin

The problem has to do with the file sync status. Open Google Drive preferences and turn off "Show file sync status and right click menu". This way, you'll be able to keep using Drive without the aggravating crashes every 60 seconds.
