Finder not opening

The application Finder can't be opened.

My desktop items dont show up, my lower ribbon of items is hidden (I have to move the mouse to see them), and finder wont open. I looked online. I cant force quit anything as all that is open is the Firefox browser I am using to type this. I have restarted at least 3 or 4 times, no help. Log in and out. No help... Help? 😛
