Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me with my finder problem. I don't remember changing any settings but when I click the finder icon, only the application folder shows, instead of listing all the other folders on the left hand side. This isn't a problem if I was to double click a folder to open finder. But if I click the finder button it self, it only shows the application pane. Anyone know how to change it back?

Thanks!

I have those things boxes checked so they show up when I say open the finder by double clicking a folder. But if I specifically click the finder button in the dock, it only opens the application folder.

Thanks

Go to your Applications folder and select Show Toolbar from the View menu.

Then in Finder Preferences, set "New Finder windows show" to All My Files.
