I have copied(with 'pathfinder) a big-sized folder from a network pc to my mbp external hd.
The problem is that I cannot see the contents of neither folders using finder.
They are displayed in gray (shaded).
But, this seems to be a finder problem.
'Pathfinder' file explorer, can display all items of the folder and I can open any file.
I should tell that the folder is quite big, about 50gigs. But I cannot understand why Finder do not browse the contents.
Can you please help me solve this problem?

I don't really have an answer, but folders appear gray in the Finder while they are being copied. Is it possible that the copy wasn't entirely successful and Finder thinks the folder is not yet available? What if you copy the folder from the remote share by using the Finder instead of Pathfinder?

You could just quit and relaunch Finder, that would probably clear it up. But is your copy of PF registered? If so, why are you bothering with Finder?
