Finder Recent Folder

I believe you click on the Apple menu, select Recent Items, and then choose Clear Menu in the submenu.
You change to the Finder, click on the Go menu, pull down to Recent Folders and choose Clear Menu in the submenu.
And if that is still not what you're wanting then you should give a little more detail on exactly what you mean by "clear the folder" or "clear the items in recents".
