Finder - Shift Select

Am I being daft (I'm going to regret that) or has Finder been changed in Lion such that shift-selecting files and then using the up and down arrows now works "properly" - i.e. the end of the selection moves up and down, rather that the start and finish moving?

Only ask because this has annoyed me for ages but I've seen on mention of it, and I'm beginning to doubt my sanity!

It'll move select up by file/folder if you Shift+Up Arrow and it'll select down by file/folder if you Shift+Down Arrow. So I think that's what you want.

Now, if only the behavior would apply to page up/down as well so you could select files in a "gulp".
