Finder shows too many "Places"??

I'm finally experiencing the first official problem with my MacBook Pro of 2.5 years... The Finder shows too many Places! Like it has double of everything: 2 Desktops, Applications, Documents, Movies, etc... Anyone have any help? There's a screen shot in here as an attachment if it helps..

i would suggest dragging and dropping the extra ones out.
